Austin Organs, Inc.  Opus 2536 (1971)
Case designed and installed by
Charles Nazarian, Gloucester, Mass.
3 manuals – 79 ranks

Trinit1This 3 manual, 79 rank instrument is located just minutes from the Austin factory in Hartford. Built in 1971, the tonal design is French classic. It represents the combined talent of Richard J. Piper (then tonal director), David A. J. Broome and Clarence Watters (then organist).

The beautiful classic case and a Trompette en Chamade were added in the 1980′s. The Chapel is of the Gothic style and is actually the chancel end of a much larger (imaginary) Cathedral. The organ occupies an area just behind the crossing. There is a regular schedule of recitals by well known organists, and there are several recordings available.
