The New London County AGO chapter is sponsoring the Roberta Bitgood Scholarship, which was created to support pianists and beginning organists wishing
to study the organ in depth and planning to seek employment as a church musician. This year’s cash award of $750 will be paid directly to the winner’s organ teacher to cover a minimum of 25 – 30 lessons.
To be considered, applicants must be a Connecticut resident and must fulfill certain requirements, such as an audition. The deadline for applications is Friday,
